Our story begins long ago when we opened our first Lizzarran in Fuengirola, Spain, from the time we identify with the concept and we have continued to grow, to become today, in carriers of the mark Lizarran outside Spain, controlling all the east coast of USA. It is a unique, easy to manage and high productivity, an experience that makes Lizzarran landscape, both in Spain and elsewhere one of the best brands of Spanish cuisine in restaurants.
The brand story begins when Mateo Ferrero, Leon and young entrepreneur, opted for the restoration of the north thanks to his penchant for the culinary culture of that area. At just 24 years, in 1988, opened the tavern Lizarran in Sitgas, with the intention of recreating the atmosphere of her tapas which had so captivated
