Ever since our NY grand opening we have strived to procure only the finest pork. Only the softest and most flavorful pork is eligible.
We use only the softest and juiciest chicken breast from our exclusive free range chicken.
Specially selected oils are blended daily to cook everything light and crispy and never smelling of grease.
Only freshly baked bread is used to prepare our singular breadcrumbs. The treasured recipe ensures that light and crispy breadcrumbs are available everyday. A course grade of breadcrumbs is prepared for Tonkatsu, while a finer grade of breadcrumbs is prepared for the Deep Fried Skewers.
The eggs are organic, the cabbages are from specialty farms and the dressing is homemade.
Onions, tomatoes, apples and such are mixed with spices and simmered for one day and then allowed to rest while the flavor and juices blend together. Our sauce is a light and simple homemade sauce.
