CRRNJ Terminal

Liberty Science Center
The Science Center is one of New Jersey’s leading attractions. Hundreds of interactive exhibits provide a fun learning experience for the entire family.The climbing wall and touch tunnel are everyday favorites. The Marina is not just for experienced boaters. There are lots of activities for water enthusiasts and vacationers to do...Sail on the Hudson River... Waterfront Park
Waterfront Park has 100 acres of expansive parkland along the Park’s magnificent water front. There are miles of wide paths and acres of green grass and wild flower meadows with superb views for you to enjoy. |
Columbus Monument
The Columbus Monument is located adjacent to the Park’s North Cove and Liberty Walk. It was Italy’s gift to the United States as part of the Columbus Quincentennial Celebration. |
Liberation Monument
The monument was designed by noted sculptor Nathan Rappaport and is located at the South Overlook. It is a reminder of the past and an inspiration for freedom, compassion, and hope for future generations.The Park’s Welcome Center is located nearby, as is a picnic/playground area. Ellis Island/Statue of LibertyFor a day filledwith history, take a ride on the Circle Line-Statue of Liberty Ferry. The Ferry departs from Liberty State Park visiting both Ellis Island and The Statue of Liberty. Ample parking, low parking rates and the beauty of Liberty State Park will make your trip to these national monuments most enjoyablefrom New Jersey. |
| Interpretive Center and Natural Area The Center was designed by the award winning architect Michael Graves and is part of a 60 acre natural area complex, a rare treat inan urban area. The friendly staff helps children and adults alike to enjoy their visit. Exhibits are indoors, while a nature trail and severalscenic and wildlife observation points are outdoors. Interpretiv eprograms are available by advance reservation for groups of10 or more people. |
Liberty Walk
Stretching 1.3 miles across the waterfront of Liberty State Park,Liberty Walk is an ideal place to bike, walk, run or just to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the New York skyline. |
Millennium Park
The newest addition to Liberty State Park is a gift to New Jersey from Prudential Foundation, in celebration of the New Millennium. The Park will provide passive recreation as well as space for occasional gatherings and events. Two special gardens, a Butterfly Garden and Sensory Garden are of special interest utilizing plantings that attract butterflies. Millennium Park is the cornerstone of the final phase of Park development. |
